Service Description

The Maplebrook Retreat Nordic Spa by Night experience includes the fully private access to our Spa (hot tub and sauna), a bottle of wine or sparkling wine and a sweet & salty board. The Spa area can accommodate a party of 6 people maximum. You will have access to a 3-pieces bathrooms to change and shower. We provide towels, organic shampoo and body soap. Bathrobes are available at fee of $10/bathrobe. You will pay the tax at the retreat. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Bad weather: In case of snow storm, freezing rain, wind storm or extreme cold, if we decide to close the Nordic Spa, your booking will be postponed to the next available date. No refund will be available. Grace period: We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will not be able to extend your booking if you are running late. Shoes: We recommend you to wear adequate shoes because you will have to walk about 2 minutes throught the forest to reach the Nordic Spa. Please note that in the winter time, our trails can be snowy and/or icy.

Cancellation Policy

We require guests to pay a deposit to secure their booking. In case of cancellation, a $15 fee will be automatically applied and the following cancellation policy will be applied: At least 7 days notice of cancellation or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill the dome, the following cancellation fees apply (includes change of date): • 100% deposit amount within 72 hours. • 50% deposit amount within 3-7 days.
