Experience Maplebrook Retreat’s Unique Dome Dining! 🍽✨ Enjoy a three-course gourmet meal served in one of our private dining domes nestled within our beautiful forest. Each dome is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in any weather. You can even set the mood by connecting your phone to our Bluetooth speakers for personalized music. As the sun sets, relax under ambient lighting and a canopy of stars! 🌌 Capacity: Each dome can accommodate between 2 to 6 guests. Menu: • Appetizer board. • Main course: Surf’n Turf fondue with homemade broth, featuring beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops, veggies, rice, and house-made dipping sauces. • Dessert of the day. We can accommodate most food allergies or dietary restrictions; please specify these when booking online. Pricing: • Dome rental: $199 + tax • 3-course meal: $34.90 per person + tax (gratuity not included) The balance for meals and tax will be settled at the retreat. We accept cash and debit cards. To ensure smooth communication, please make sure your email and phone number are up to date. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Cancellation policy: To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. In the event of a cancellation, a $15 fee will be automatically charged, and the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If less than 7 days' notice is given, and we are unable to rebook the dome, the following cancellation fees will apply (including date changes): - 100% of the deposit amount if cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled date. - 50% of the deposit amount if cancelled 3-7 days before the scheduled date. Weather-Related Closures: In the event of a snowstorm, freezing rain, windstorm, or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your reservation will be moved to the next available date. Please note that no refunds will be issued. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are running later than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, please call us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend your dome booking if you are delayed. Footwear: We recommend wearing appropriate footwear, as you will need to walk approximately 3 minutes through the forest to reach your private dome. Please be aware that during the winter months, our trails may be snowy and/or icy.
