Dome Dining

Service Description

The Maplebrook Retreat Dining Dome experience includes a 3-course meal served in one of our unique, private dining domes. The domes are located in our beautiful forest and are fully equipped with a heater and air conditioner to ensure a comfortable environment whatever the weather. Our guests can play a preferred music selection using their phones to connect to our Bluetooth speakers. When the sun goes down, enjoy the mood lighting under a canopy of stars! Each dome can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and a minimum of 2. Menu: • Appetizers board. • Main dish: Surf'n Turf homemade broth fondue including beef, chicken, shrimps, scallops, veggies, rice, homemade dipping sauces. OR Swiss raclette including cheese, potatoes, charcuterie (deli meats), bacon, veggies and pickles. • Dessert of the day. We can accommodate most of food allergies or restrictions. Please specify it at the time of the your booking online Pricing Dome dining rental: $199+tax 3-course dinner: $34.90/person+tax (gratuity not included) You will pay the balance of the meals and tax at the retreat. We accept cash and debit cards. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Bad weather: In case of snow storm, freezing rain, wind storm or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your booking will be postponed to the next available date. No refund will be available. Grace period: We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will not be able to extend your dome booking if you are running late. Shoes: We recommend you to wear adequate shoes because you will have to walk about 3 minutes throught the forest to reach your very own private dome. Please note that in the winter time, our trails can be sometimes snowy and/or icy. Children: We think that this dining experience may not be suitable for children below the age of 8.

Cancellation Policy

We require guests to pay a deposit to secure their booking. In case of cancellation, a $15 fee will be automatically applied and the following cancellation policy will be applied: At least 7 days notice of cancellation or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill the dome, the following cancellation fees apply (includes change of date): • 100% deposit amount within 72 hours. • 50% deposit amount within 3-7 days.
