Service Description
Indulge in a completely private Nordic Spa experience at Maplebrook Retreat for only $149—whether you're a solo visitor or bringing a group of up to six people, the price remains the same. Once reserved, the entire spa area, including the hot tub and sauna, is exclusively yours, with no other guests allowed access. Your reservation also includes a bottle of wine and a delicious sweet & salty charcuterie board. Our spa area is designed to comfortably accommodate groups of up to six. You'll have access to a nearby private bathroom for changing and showering. Towels and bathrobes are available for rent at $10 (plus tax), and we provide organic shampoo and body soap. Please note that tax will be added at checkout upon arrival at the retreat. For any updates regarding your reservation, make sure your email and phone number are current. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Weather Conditions In the event of a snowstorm, freezing rain, high winds, or extreme cold, we may need to close the Nordic Spa. If this occurs, we will reschedule your booking to the next available date; refunds will not be offered. Grace Period We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call. We may not be able to extend your booking time if you arrive late. Footwear We recommend wearing sturdy shoes, as reaching the Nordic Spa requires a short 2-minute walk through the forest. In winter, trails may be snowy or icy, so appropriate footwear is essential.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. Please ensure that you carefully review the price before booking. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to call us prior to making your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, a $15 fee will be automatically charged, and the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If less than 7 days' notice is given, and we are unable to rebook the dome, the following cancellation fees will apply (including date changes): - 100% of the deposit amount if cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled date. - 50% of the deposit amount if cancelled 3-7 days before the scheduled date. Weather-Related Closures: In the event of a snowstorm, freezing rain, windstorm, or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your booking will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refunds will be issued.
