Experience Maplebrook Retreat’s Unique Dome Dining!✨ Enjoy a three-course gourmet meal served in one of our private dining domes nestled within our beautiful forest. Each dome is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable in any weather. You can even set the mood by connecting your phone to our Bluetooth speakers for personalized music. Capacity: Each dome can accommodate between 2 to 6 guests. 🍽 Menu: • Appetizer board • Main course: Surf’n Turf fondue with homemade broth, featuring beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops, veggies, rice, and house-made dipping sauces • Dessert of the day We can accommodate most food allergies or dietary restrictions. 💵 Pricing: • Dome Rental: $199 + tax (covers the rental fee) • 3-Course Meal: $34.90 per person + tax (gratuity not included) The $199 deposit secures the dome rental. The remaining balance for meals, add-ons, and applicable taxes will be settled on-site. We accept cash and debit cards. 💕 Romantic & Proposal Packages Looking for a magical way to celebrate love or pop the big question? ✨ We offer romantic packages for $99 + tax, which include: • A bouquet of roses 🌹 • A bottle of Prosecco 🥂 • Gourmet chocolates 🍫 • Romantic décor ✨ For marriage proposals, we also provide “Marry Me” letters to create the perfect atmosphere. Plus, we work with a professional photographer to capture this unforgettable moment. 📸 ⚠️ Important Information To ensure smooth communication, please make sure your email and phone number are up to date. Cancellation Policy: To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. In the event of a cancellation, a $15 fee will be automatically charged, and the following cancellation policy will apply: Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If less than 7 days' notice is given, and we are unable to rebook the dome: 100% of the deposit is charged if cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation. 50% of the deposit is charged if cancelled 3–7 days before the reservation. Weather-Related Closures: In the event of a snowstorm, freezing rain, windstorm, or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your reservation will be moved to the next available date. Please note that no refunds will be issued. Footwear: We recommend wearing appropriate footwear, as you will need to walk approximately 3 minutes through the forest to reach your private dome. During the winter months, trails may be snowy/icy.
