Dome Dining - 3 Course meal

Service Description

The Maplebrook Retreat Dining Dome experience includes a 3 course meal served in one of our unique, private dining domes. The domes are located in our beautiful forest and are fully equipped with a heater and air conditioner to ensure a comfortable environment whatever the weather. Our guests can play a preferred music selection using their phones to connect to our Bluetooth speakers. When the sun goes down, enjoy the mood lighting under a canopy of stars! Each dome can accommodate a maximum of six guests and a minimum of two. Before booking online, please call us or send us an email for more information. 3 course meal: $69.90/person + tax (gratuity not included) You will pay the balance of the meals and tax at the retreat. We accept credit/debit/amex cards and cash. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Deposit and cancellation policy: We require guests to pay a deposit to secure your booking. In case of cancellation, a $10 fee will be applied. At least 7 days notice of cancellation or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill the dome, the following cancellation fees apply (includes change of date): • 100% deposit amount within 72 hours. • 50% deposit amount within 3-7 days. Bad weather: In case of snow storm, freezing rain, wind storm or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your booking will be postponed to the next available date. Grace period: We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will not be able to extend your dome booking if you are running late. Shoes: We recommend you to wear adequate shoes because you will have to walk about 3 minutes throught the forest to reach your very own private dome. Please note that in the winter time, our trails can be sometimes snowy and/or icy. Children: We think that this dining experience may not be suitable for children below the age of 8.
