Dining Dome - Do it yourself

Service Description

Bring your own meal and drinks! The privatization of the dining dome includes crockery, water, tea & coffee. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. The dome is located in our beautiful forest and is fully equipped with a heater and air conditioner to ensure a comfortable environment whatever the weather. Our guests can play a preferred music selection using their phones to connect to our Bluetooth speakers. Dome rental: $199+tax for 2 hours You will pay the tax ($29.85) at the retreat. Before booking, please make sure to read the following: We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** The guests are required to return the dining dome in the state in which they found it on arrival. They acknowledges and are responsible for his own acts and omissions and those of any person they invite. The guests agree to pay the cost of replacing damaged items with equivalent items. You must be 19+ to rent the dome, an ID will be requested on the spot. Deposit and cancellation policy: We require guests to pay a $199 deposit to secure your booking. At least 7 days notice of cancellation or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill the dome, the following cancellation fees apply (includes change of date): • 100% deposit amount within 72 hours. • 50% deposit amount within 3-7 days. Bad weather: In case of snow storm, freezing rain, wind storm or extreme cold, if we decide to close the retreat, your booking will be postponed to the next available date. Grace period: We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will not be able to extend your dome booking if you are running late. Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed inside and outside of the dome. Shoes: We recommend you to wear adequate shoes because you will have to walk about 3 minutes throught the forest to reach your very own private dome. Please note that in the winter time, our trails can be sometimes snowy and/or icy. Children: We think that this dining experience may not be suitable for children below the age of 8.
